About Our Founder & Chief Decision Guide
A consummate leader of companies and technology teams, Glenn D. House Sr has emerged as industry’s top expert in making complex, multi-variate decisions using proprietary frameworks, industry-accepted methods, technology, AI, and proven statistical analysis. His ability to model decisions with multiple scenarios has led him to repeated business success as proven by his track record in navigating complex mergers and acquisitions and managing and negotiating multiple buy-side and sell-side deals. His expertise in decision intelligence, in managing P&L, and in executing strategic business initiatives has been instrumental in his direction of operations with revenues surpassing $450 million, enhancing global reach and profitability.
Glenn pioneered decision-support methodologies and AI-driven decision models to model dozens of military aircraft which was the foundation of the technology offered by his previous company, 2Is. He applied machine learning to optimize decisions in the Aerospace and Defense Industry, nearly eliminating common and prolific global supply chain challenges. Putting his decisioning and technology development expertise to work, he developed Bayesian-based price forecasting algorithms that resulted in accurate cost projections for long-term defense contracts and improved procurement decisions.

When he saw that Aerospace and Defense Industry decisioning speed was becoming a hinderance to progress, Glenn significantly shortened the decision-making speed by architecting distributed knowledge capture environments, including AR/VR-enabled remote support systems. Notably, labor costs also improved with his solution. Driving toward operational efficiency, Glenn authored multiple AI-driven optimization tools; scheduling models, predictive maintenance algorithms, and optimization inventory management systems.
He founded and successfully exited three startups, each delivering exceptional returns to investors. With his most recent startup, 2Is, Inc. he served concurrently as President, Co-Founder, and Chief Technology Officer. There he built a thriving SaaS business specializing in logistics for the Department of Defense. Glenn integrated 2Is, Inc. proprietary technology into the globally recognized Northrop Grumman organization.
Glenn’s academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from the University of New Haven. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Certified Software Development Professional, Certified Data Management Professional, and Certified Professional Scrum Owner I & II.
