Empowering Young Professionals to “Decide Smarter” at the 2025 Career & Leadership Conference

At decisionMe, we believe better decisions build better futures—and we brought that belief to life at the 2025 Career & Leadership Conference (CLC).

On June 20, 2025, our own Glenn D. House Sr. delivered an afternoon keynote session titled ‘Decide Smarter’ at the conference hosted by Visions Internships in Worcester, MA.

The CLC brought together 80+ young and emerging professionals for a day of connection, insight, and personal growth. Designed to inspire the next generation of leaders, the event focused on building critical professional skills through networking insights, decision-making frameworks, and collaborative learning through breakout sessions.

At the start of the session, Glenn posed a seemingly simple question to the audience: How would the audience decide whether to buy a house, rent a space, or move in with their parents?

By splitting the audience into sections, each group was asked to explore a different decision-making technique—ranging from classic pro-con lists to decision trees and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) models. Participants were seen passionately discussing the multitude of factors that would allow them to decide on their accommodations. Some said location and proximity to their college/workspace would take precedence, while others said they would want to consider rent and rising costs before deciding their next move.

However, one underlying theme between the responses was common: There is no absolute formula in how people make decisions. Decisions are circumstantial, personal, and individualistic.

And this is exactly why decisionMe raDAR™ is not just relevant, but a requirement for those who want to make smart decisions.

With the audience seeking what the correct answer to the question would be, Glenn shared that while the final decision matters, the thought that goes into justifying it matters equally. He proceeded to provide a demo of the decisionMe raDAR application and the audience was buzzing with excitement as they learned how raDAR could be used to frame decisions personal to them – be it choosing their college major, deciding on their next internship, or moving to a new city!

Glenn ended the keynote by sharing that decisionMe raDAR is the result of years of experience in delivering decision intelligence, analysis, and resolution for enterprise organizations. Designed for both individuals and teams, decisionMe raDAR leads users step-by-step through defining criteria and ranking options—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and valuable insights. He described how decisionMe raDAR, at its core, is a proprietary decision-making framework that seamlessly combines AI, machine learning, decision support, and collaboration in a uniquely effective way. The intuitive app offers personalized decision guidance, accessible analytics, built-in algorithms, and automated statistical scenario modeling for smarter, faster choices – and is therefore, the perfect way to personalize decision making without preconceived biases.

The energy at the CLC made one thing clear: young professionals are eager for tools that help them make confident, values-aligned choices. That’s exactly where decisionMe raDAR shines. Designed to support life’s biggest decisions—from career moves to college choices—raDAR empowers emerging leaders with clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction. We were honored to be part of a day that champions growth, purpose, and the power of choosing wisely.
